Hours of Operation

Hours of Operation: “Children’s Valley” is open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer a 6-hour preschool education program (Monday—Thursday), which will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 2:50 p.m. We ask that all children be dropped off by 8:50 am for the classes to begin on time. We, also, offer school K-8 program, which will begin at 8:15 am and will end at 2:55 p.m. (We ask that all school children be dropped off by 8:05 am for the classes to begin on time.) Extended day care hours are available to working parents before and after the preschool/school hours and Friday.

(The charge for day care from 7:00 am to 8 am will be $15 per hour.)

Tuition and Fees: 2026-2027 School Year

Cost for students from the local states of Washington and Oregon $8,600.00 / year (preschool, prekindergarten), $6,250.00 (school k-8th grade).

Based on Preschool and Grades K-8 education schedule: (Monday through Thursday). Friday is Daycare. Extended day care hours are calculated by an hourly rate.

If parents wish to pay on a monthly basis, then in the beginning of school year payment is made for the first and last month of study.

Tuition is due on or before the 3rd of each month.

Lunch – $25 per month

Children Valley Academy welcomes all children age 3 years old and up.

Enrollment in based on availability and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. To apply for enrollment, please submit an application for enrollment form. In addition, please take a look at our upcoming Orientation dates to visit the facility and learn more about what Children’s Valley has to offer!

Helpful information

Sibling Discount

There will be a 5% discount for second child, and 10% discount for third child from same family, we offer additional discount for forth child. Only one discounts at a time can apply to a single family.

Advance Payment Discount

A 2.5 % credit will be given for a full semester payment. A 5% credit will be given for a full year’s payment.

Deposit and Fees

Upon acceptance of your enrollment request we are requiring a non-refundable $120.00 registration and materials fee.

Lunches and Snacks

Lunches and Snacks are optional. All students should pack a healthy lunch according to their dietary needs. Organic and/or all-natural snacks will be provided by Children’s Valley Academy in the morning and afternoon each day. If CV will be providing hot lunches, we will add on an extra fee for the lunches ($90 for a full month/ 4 day a week).
